Timezone adjusted date/time functionality

    Would like the ability for analysts to be able to view ticket activity (creates, updates etc) not just in the local date/time (based on the browser timezone), but also the ability to display the local time of the person who actually performed the update.

    For example, a log comment is added to a ticket by an analyst in UTC -5 timezone @ 09.00 local time.This log comment is then reviewed by another analyst in UTC +1 timezone. This analyst would have the ability to choose to see that it was added at 15:00 (local, UTC+1) or the original analysts local time of 09:00.
