    We would like to see a feature added to the ServiceDesk to allow a general all search that would include searching a choice of "Knowledge, Incidents, Requests, Problems and Change Orders"

    The search should be under the dropdown "Search"

    Filters should be able to be set so that any of the above can be selected and searched with one general list returned.
