Would like the ability to send surveys only for the parent ticket, not for the child tickets.
What version was this tested on? For SDM 12.7, the Survey checks the Active/Inactive Status of the ticket to decide whether to send a survey, and not the "Send Survey" flag on the Activity Notification Detail (19194034). Haven't tried SDM 12.9 - if someone can check?
But as an idea, you could close parents out with a "Close-Parent" and "Close-Child" different "Status" which has different "Send Survey" flag.
Also, I note that this request has come in before, but for the REVERSE situation. It has been requested that the Children receive the surveys - as they are the ones impacted by whatever issue there was - and not the Parent.
So if this was to be implemented as originally outlined, there would need to be an option for "Survey Parent, Survey Child, Survey Both, Survey Neither" to keep everyone happy!
