TICKET LOCK

    IN SDM,

    When a user A try to edit a ticket unknowingly which is already open by another user B, User A do not know until you see the error message once we click the save button.

     

    It is good to show some representation like showing "Lock" symbol, and "Locked By: A" on the ticket to the User A, when he selects a ticket which is already opened by the user B
