Improve the look and feel of the approval request emails that are generated by the Catalog system. Currently there are two options one which shows no detail and the second that shows all form detail including those fields that are marked as hidden or are not currently displayed on the screen as they are not required.
As many of our requests, go to our senior execs on mobile devices, the email format must be smart, simple and provide sufficient detail for them to make an informed decision as to whether approval is appropriate or not.
Ideally, we would like to be able to specify which fields should be displayed as well as some auto controls i.e. if a field is blank, don't show it. Hidden fields should never be displayed.
