Saving filters for Self Service Users

    The ability for SSUs to save their filters, including "View my Organization's Tickets" under the "My Tickets" tab in the "Service Center" workspace.  That way they do not have to set them everytime they log in.

     

    They would also like to save the views, to save either as a List View or a Grid View.
