Ensure agents are notified immediately when they are abnormally disconnected from the chat console

    When an agent’s session disconnects in the middle of a chat, the agent does not realize the disconnect has occurred because the session looks normal and no error message has been sent to the analyst.  Once disconnected, the agent can no longer can see the live chat queue.
