I am surprised that the SDM Mobile App is totally missing any Customer/End user information.
When I view tickets, I can see who the Assignee is, but I cannot see who the End user is. As an technician "on the go", it is hard to handle tickets if I cannot see which person to contact. If I have to print this out on paper beforehand, then the benefit of the mobility option is lost.
The name of the Customer/End user would be valuable to see, but also a "contact detail page light", where I can see contact information like telephone number and location information etc.
