I previously contacted CA Support for this but I was advised to create an enhancement request instead.
Using CA IT Asset Manager 12.9, the web interface fails to load in case the user has a Turkish browser language preference. I messed around with different languages and apparently Turkish is the only language regarding this issue. Having anything other than Turkish as a first option works completely fine.
Although the workaround is reasonable, there are occasions that we cannot suggest this due to corporate-wide standards of the customer.
