Add Affected Service Field to KB Document Attributes

    Is it possible to add the "Affected Service" field into the KB Document Attributes and have that field as a mapped field to an Incident or a Request using the field mapping of ServiceDesk? Our customers are requesting this to improve the automation from a KD to a ticket and have the Affected Service field autopopulated in a ticket. Thanks for your help and feedback.
