CA ServiceDesk Manager Licensing Limitation

    Hi Everyone


    I would like to get votes on the following idea:


    We would like to be able to control the number of analyst licenses in use for CA Service Desk Manager. We'd like to do this because we would like to:

    1. Curb the creation of analyst profiles without control of the associated license required.

    2. Keep licensing cost down proactively.


    Please share your thoughts on this?
