Change Color of VIP Label

    Some time ago, my management had asked me to look into the possibility of changing the VIP label color from pale yellow to a different color of the Service Desk administrator's choosing. There are times when analysts overlook the label for the end user due to it blending in with the ticket. Being able to set different colors for different VIP labels may also help analysts distinguish different types of VIP users faster.
