It will be a good idea if we have an option to search for tickets based on any give template name.
Can you throw some more light on this idea you have created? Can you add a screenshot of what you would like to search?
Accidentally I created this idea under a different area. I have moved it here to CA Service Desk Manager.

I'm guessing "Search for all Cases that have used Email Template 'ABC'." But that is just a guess, and even with that guess I'm not sure why you would want to do that.
