Using SDM and Internet Explorer popups don't open in a fully maximized window. Tickets open in a minimized state using around 90% of the screen. It would improve performance and the customer experience if they opened in a new tab, or in a maximised state.
I am aware of the Internet Explorer setting:
Tools -> Internet Options -> General -> Tabs -> When a pop-up is encountered: -> Always open pop-ups in a new tab
