When a user defines a Service Catalog offering, several of the service offering details show up in EN locale, although the end user is working in a different language environment. This should be changed, all localised fields have to show up in the end users locale.
Example, a catalog administrator with german browser locale edits an existing service offering:
Although the users locale is german, the Service Offerings name and description defaults to the english "localisation", in order to see the german name/description, the user needs to switch in the "localisation" editor. This is not the expected behaviour and should be changed - all fields need to show up in the end users locale .
The same applies to other screens like the forms editor and should be changed consistently..
