Force resolution code to child 'problem' tickets

    There is an options manager setting for forcing the resolution code value from a parent ticket to the child tickets, that is only applicable for requests and incidents.  I would like to see this expanded to also include problem tickets.  We had previously added the 'resolution code' field to the problem ticket form, but had to remove it because this option does not exist.
