Remove empty fields in e-mails

    In e-mails generated by Service Catalog, why do we see every field associated with a request and not just those that have data entered in them? Our point is that in some cases the SC e-mails are useless as they are - they're much too long. Please provide a configuration setting that allows us to see all fields in e-mails or only those with data.
