    Improving the main view of CA Service Desk Manager. That is more oriented analyst service experience, something like displaying a list the left side and a Scoreboard the right side, deploy a flashy scoreboard with a general panorama of the ticket status. Something like a Balanced Scorecard. Or you can configure which view you want to Set to Home, but it is striking and useful.
