Allow many to one SDM areas to Support Automation queues

    We have a need for multiple SDM Request / Incident areas to route to a single Support Automation queue.  The current system behavior allows for the specification of a single Incident/Request Area within the Support Automation queue.


    Request is to either:

    1.  Allow attachment of multiple areas to a Support Automation queue, from the queue.

    2.  Allow the selection of a single Support Automation queue from the Incident/Request area.
