Idea: CA Service Desk Mobile App Offline /Cached Access

    Our organization is looking to use the Mobile app for our off-site field service technicians but alas one large challenge is that the app does not appear to have an offline mode or cache mode to keep changes cached or shown while the device is not within data connectivity range.


    If I device is out of range for an short period of time or if the user inadvertently clicks on another field the system will hang or force relogin and thus losing all changes.


    A simple cache or work offline option prompt would be great to cache it would make it valuable over a standard mobile web browser app.
