“We have been using the CA Service Catalog for a long time, but unfortunately the aggregation and invoicing takes way to long time to complete which has an direct impact on day to day business.
As a result, our world wide users are complaining and our top management believes this is totally unacceptable. We have submitted a case in the past (21807073-1)and also put forward our complaints to both sales management and product management. In conjunction to that, CA services has delivered a Health Check, but at the end of the day it all comes down to the product, and the way it handles aggregation. We are really concerned about what will happen when the data throughput increases and we need your immediate help to improve the product.
We want you to enhance this functionality so that we can continue to use the product for its purpose.
