We have CA Service Desk Manager as an enterprise solution. We are a large company, so when a visible outage occurs, our Parent case may have 500 or more cases attached to it. When Close All Children is executed, the function fails with that many cases. Edit In List is not a viable solution for us, as we require comment as part of a status transition to Close.
We need Close All Children to be robust enough to handle closure of large numbers of child cases.
