Service Catalog - Custom Role Configuration

    Hi,

    We have a requirement to provide access to a group of users to view all Service Requests in Service Catalog.
    From the documentation, I see only 'Request Manager' role has the capability to view all requests other than the Administrator. But the Request Manager role can also take actions on the Request, approve/reject them. We would not want this privilege to be given to these users. I could not find any option in the Catalog configuration, to restrict Request Manager role from approving the requests.

     

    Could you please provide a solution for this? Can we create a role in EEM for this requirement?
