Additional request information to selected user

    Hi CA Experts and Management,


    in some cases, user raises a request in Catalog for a manager. To improve the internal communication, the secretary/assistant should also be notified about this request automatically, e.g. each time when the request has new status.

    We would like to suggest a feature like Mailing list in CA Service Desk, so that user can add another users to mailing list of a request at will.
