    Some days ago I was wondering how to measure the polling cycle in eHealth and where to take the values shown in the bar chart of the Polling Management menu item in OneClick for ehealth, as you can see in this post https://communities.ca.com/message/241807223#241807223. Luckily there were people that helped me and indicated me where those values resided. So, that data is saved in the NH_STATS_POLL_HISTORY table, as you can see below:

    SQL> select * from NH_STATS_POLL_HISTORY;

    POLL_BEGIN_UTC POLL_END_UTC P GOOD_POLLS  BAD_POLLS

    -------------- ------------ - ---------- ----------

        1436522751  1436522775 f        173          6

        1436522614  1436522778 n      20698          8

        1436522811  1436522836 f        172          7

        1436522871  1436522895 f        173          6

        1436522931  1436522972 f        172          7

        1436523007  1436523031 f        172          7

        1436523067  1436523091 f        172          7

        1436522931  1436523094 n      20692          8

        1436523127  1436523151 f        171          8

        1436523187  1436523212 f        172          7

        1436523247  1436523288 f        173          6

    What I suggest is that the CA Team added an entry in the nhAddSysEdgeMonEntries command in order to set an alarm and send traps when the polling cycle takes more than 5 minutes.
