1. Please allow the ability to modify the system form of the General Information. For those organization who do not have a usage for Priority or Date Required to be used by their end users makes the end users expect they have control over how quick their request is completed versus the time the actual request can be delivered.
2. Also allow the ability to set the Name of the cart (entire catalog request) to null so the end user is required to fill in the Name to something of their choosing before submitting for approval. This option should be able to be toggled for those organizations who want a pre-populated cart name.
