Need different Contact types for groups.  Need one for Workflow groups.

    Need the ability to have different types of groups.  We have approval groups that are only used on workflows and should never get assigned at ticket level. Those groups have members listed and those members are those people that should be doing certain approvals.   But we have no way to do that today so as people are playing hot potato to get a ticket out of their queue they will accidentally pick what we use for workflow groups and we have to monitor for those.
