Drag ticket to scoreboard query to transfer or update status

    If we get some drag and drop capability in a future SDM release it would be good to be able to designate some scoreboard queries as having a 'container' capability.  Drag a new ticket into - say - a container for Acknowledged tickets and the ticket status becomes 'Acknowledged'.  If comment is mandatory for the new status, a dialog will of course pop up to capture it.  Similarly, a query showing tickets assigned to group 'X' could also be a container where we drop a ticket to transfer it to that group - with a popup capturing any comment.  Just a thought...
