Use case: "Do not allow anonymous senders to create ticket and allow ticket creation from known senders without any keywords".

Mailbox Rule Filter: Body contains .*
Current behaviour: Filter triggers email from any user and ticket creation gives an error not finding the user and the original email is thrown away.
This is said to be as per design (I would rather call this a bug).
Would like to see Allow Anonymous setting to be respected and original email to be stored in mail_unknown folder in order to analyze possible issues.
Also would like to see original email in mail_unknown folder in all cases when ticket creation fails due to any reason.
