"Requested For" field in USS for one-click service

    When raising a request for a "one click submit" service, via the Catalog UI, the user is able to see the "“Requested For” field in General Information section so that the user can raise a request for other people . But when the same user gets into the Catalog via the USS UI, he is not able to see the General Information section, therefore cannot see the "Requested for" field to do "Proxy request".
