Hello, a lot of clients ask me for this feature. On muti tenant environment the system can only send notification from a unique EMAIL_FROM variable. will be usefull have a EMAIL_FROM variable by each tenant.
as a workaround, using multitenant you can create a separate notification method for each tenant and overwrite the default from address.
pdm_mail -F "firstname.lastname@example.org" -T "email@example.com"
This require to specific each respective contact records with the corresponding notification method.
in addition but with a really small customization of the manual notify you can filter the preferred notification method displayed based on the tenant context of the associated object. this way you ensure that analyst will not select any wrong method.
My 2 cents

It would also be desirable to be able to specify an alternative email host for a tenant. I work with an MSP who has clients that require notifications to be sent using the client's email system rather than the MSP's email. They have written custom notification methods to meet the requirement but it would be preferable for pdm_mail to handle that.
