    Ability ability to change case status from open to verify without possibility of the error

    "The record you were editing was modified by Support Integration during your edit session."

     

    Frequently I update the case with summary/email to customer and then go to modify the status from Open to Verify, it takes some time because fields are all over the screen.

    During that time the case is updated with an activity that needs to be cleared (total busy work) because email was sent and then I loose all my work and need to refresh and start over.
