ServiceDesk 14.1 supportability matrix state, if you use Internet Explorer 10 or 11 to view CA ServiceDesk pages, enable the Compatibility View mode to display the pages accurately. This is not possible for all customers. The compatibility view is dimmed for Enterprise Internet Explorer. Not possible to change the compatibility view setting, it is not conform some customer's policy.
We need ServiceDesk designed without need the "compatibility view" mode.
Attached the movie IE11_no_compatibility_view.avi , we could not display the SD page without the compatibility mode. Open the movie with windows media player.
