Required/Optional Fields in Ticket Templates

    The idea here is to make fields as required or optional specifically in ticket templates. At the moment, to create an incidente/request/problem template, you need to follow the same fields requirements to creating a normal ticket (I think this isn't logical), because the ticket template and "normal" ticket share the same form.

     

    So, for example, if you have ticket summary and description as required to creating a new ticket, they will be required in a ticket template too. I think this is not the case, since summary and description are mostly unique in each ticket, and having these fields as obligatory in a template is illogical.
