Home screen on Mobile application counts and shows assigned to login user. I think user can see tickets assinged to member of group but cant see.
Not sure what you are looking for here can you details it?
If you look to something like "My Assigned Request" have a look at the top right corner, touching there will list the scoreboard available where you can select your desired filter.
Note that you can add more by creating the scoreboard in SDM.
Your preference there will be keep.
Hope this help
I can change filter from right corner but when i click "My Group Queue - Incidents" error occured.
Error message is : "Unsupported filter. Please contact your administrator".
Yes those type of query with LREL and IN statement are not supported in the mobile app.
This is a known and documented limitation.
I know there is an idea to have it somewhere so you may vote for it
In addition to what Jerome indicated, if this is 12.9 release, can you make sure this patch is installed (on SDM hosts)
TITLE: WIN-REST FAILS TO SUPPORT SOME SCOREBOARD QUERIES
RESTful web services fails to support some of the out of box scoreboard queries provided by Service Desk Manager. The correction to this problem would provide support to these out of box scoreboard queries as RESTful web services of Service Desk Manager will now have a way to parse these complex patterns present in these queries. Steps to reproduce: 1. Login to the Service Desk Manager and create a scoreboard node with stored query having macros (or) dotted notations (or) nested queries. 2. Login to the mobile app and tap on the above created node. An Alert message may pop up on the mobile app with message: "Unsupported Filter!!Please contact your administrator" There are currently 3 patterns of where clauses which are not being supported by Rest: 1. Queries with macros such as: TODO_TODAY, TODO_WEEK etc. 2. Queries with patterns such as:group.[group group_list.member andcustomer.[contact cnthandling_list.special_handling 3. Queries with multiple dotted notations in them, such as: conflicts.conflict.delete_flag
