Service Desk Analyst Name in Chat

    The name displayed for the Service Desk Analyst in USS chat is taken from the "Alias" field in ca_contact table.  Unfortunately, we used this field for other information.  It would be good to have a configuration item that would select between several choices for fields that contain the Analyst name:  default to "Alias" with other choices such as "last_name, first_name" or maybe even a user-defined field.
