In the form detail_cnt.htmpl should show ca_contact fields that exist but are not shown in this view, for example mobile_phone_number and company_id fields.
not sure I understand your idea.
Can you explain a little more and your context so we can see if this is something community would like to vote up?
The table ca_contact have a many fields, if I query for SQL at table ca_contact I can show fields as mobile_phone_number or company, but I want to see this fields in form view detail_cnt.htmpl this fields they aren't.
There are fields that exist in the table but they are not displayed on the form and that are important.
The fields you're looking for can very easily be added to the form using web screen painter. One reason CA may have hidden fields that are not visible is so that customers can pick and choose which to use in their implementations. I can guess that many customers may not want mobile phone number visible to all Analysts.
I think should reevaluate in the light of the new user experience and new needs, the updating contact fields that exist current factory and what should leave and that must incorporate new factory. While the web screen painter can be added the idea is that some of those are in factory so customers do not have to make customizations such basic things. And two fields I've seen enough necessary are these: mobile phone and company. Thanks
Please also note that the ca_contact is a shared table between ca product therefore not all fields from the ca_contact table is valid for the service desk context if you don't own this product and they are not sharing the same mdb.
