Add an option to allow workshift modifications to be applied to existing events

    There is currently an issue where if a workshift is modified (to add a holiday or other days that regular business is stopped) the new workshift is not applied to any existing events.  The result of this is that Service Type clocks continue to run and tickets can notify/violate sla/etc inappropriately.  This affects both the handling of tickets and the reporting of them.


    It would be nice if, on modifying a workshift, an option was available to have that change applied to any existing events.
