Raising this idea from customer experience and support-ability aspect.
The idea is to have a nice "Send Console logs" (via email?) feature for the CA Service Management mobile app. This helps the app users, administrators and CA engineers to troubleshoot the CA SM app related issues quickly. We could also use an option which enables/disables Debug information spit out into the same console logs.
Some apps on iTunes/Google today already have similar features. You tap on a button to enable debug, perform your operations and then once you are done, tap on Send logs to send an email of those logs as an attachment.
