View SDM Change orders on USS / SD Ticket portal

    Hi All,


    I'd like to recommend an enhancement on USS to be able to view old RFC's that have been logged on SDM as you currently can for requests and incidents by click on USS -> Requests -> "Cannot find your request, click here" which queries SDM for your open/closed tickets and displays them to you.


    the reason for this is if you have employee users who log RFC's or have RFC's logged on their behalf and could track them via the employee interface (customised to do so) and you now want to move your employee users away from the SDM employee screen onto USS you lose the ability to see these RFC's that were logged directly on SDM without a link to a catalog request ticket.


    We feel this would be a valuable enhancement
