Custom Message Templates for Manual Notifications

    Currently, the Manual Notify activity notification does not have the "Update Notification Rules" button enabled, so we cannot apply rules with custom templates that would have information such as change order #, assignee, schedule start date, etc... I'd like to suggest the "out of the box" functionality to add custom templates to the Manual Notify activity notification for Incidents/Requests/Problems/Change Orders/Issues.  This would help to maintain a consistent approach to communicating with affected end users and other analysts.
