    We would like to have more flexibility in how we assign tickets to groups based on assets. Currently, there are 12 CI attributes that we can utilize for auto-assignment, but there are more fields that we would like to use for assignment. The example for the current customer I am working with is the need to assign based on the maintenance org and responsible vendor.
