    Hello,

Both, system administrators and fulfillers of audit requests would benefit from an increase in the tracking of user logins, log outs, and failed logins.Publishing logins, logouts, and failed logins in a database table or log file -preferably separate from the view.log file- similar to what Service Desk holds, would serve as a great source of user data as well as help meet regulatory requirements.

As of now all that is recorded in the view.log file regarding users is the queries that are run when loading user profiles. When logging is increased to "TRACE" additional information about the user is seen but nothing stating a login / logout/ failed login is published.
