Can we please have the current CABI category split into one for BOXI and one for Jaspersoft? This will will make it easier to browse content rather than guess which tags users are placing in their questions, etc.
I agree, two different platforms in their own categories make it easier for us to look for answers. Also for the experts to try and help responding the questions.
If there were separate sub-Spaces, then perhaps we could have these types of content to distinguish them:

I agree, great idea. We need.
We understand the value of separating out the information between BOXI and Jaspersoft. However, due to configuration decisions across CA products for management of the Community platform (spaces and subspaces are for CA Products - not 3rd party components) and the fact that we are no longer developing on the BOXI version of CABI, we won't be able to deliver this idea.
Please continue to use tags to help distinguish between the two platforms.
I am very disappointed in this decision. While CA may not longer be developing for BOXI, I understand they are still supporting it for customers who acquired Service Management 14.1 before the release of Jaspersoft last year and until 31 Dec 2018.
Considering how many customers have extensive investments in BOXI and the fact that CA has not provided a BOXI Universe to Jaspersoft Domain migration; making a small change in the Communities which would help your customers looking for self-service instead of opening support cases seems like a small price to pay.
Saying that Community support space isn't for '3rd part components' after calling it 'CA Business Intelligence' does not help distinguish CA from its competition. Instead, it appears that reporting is a commodity add-on and not a core focus of Service Management. This is something that would take zero development time. How much further down the tree does this fruit need to be for you to take it? How Agile is that?
When I type in 'CA Business Intelligence' in the Service Management documentation search, all the results are for BOXI.
I apologize if this seems like a rant over nothing but I really think that if you are going to change platforms then this should be reflected in all areas of support.

Where I can't make the change to the sub-space, I can and will follow up with what you are showing in the wiki above. Hi JW - I'm afraid the Jive platform doesn't have the capability to add sub-categories at this time. You could submit it as an Idea on The Water Cooler community. I did a quick look and didn't see one for it there. I did make sure we have the boxi and jaspersoft tags hard coded to the CABI category. That may help them auto populate more quickly.
