Feedback Dropdown/Questioner in the Closure Section of a ticket

    In the current architecture of CA SDM feedback survey can be setup for a ticket, where end user receives email for providing feedback upon closure of ticket. Most of the end users don't bother to take some time in order to provide the feedback. Along with the Current Feedback mail, can we also have a Feedback Drop down in the Closure Section in SDM. This will help the end user to provide feedback quickly, without waiting for the mail.
