    I would like to see an option within CA Service Desk to record explicitly time spent by employees working on various tickets. This would be such that labour reports can be run on employee effort and that this effort can have defined categories of labour to capture different types of work. Some examples could include consultancy hours used against a time and materials contract as well as recording third-party subcontracted labour as part of a larger service agreement to a customer.
