Shortcut to updating Child tickets with the Parent Ticket's information

    Often times we have dealt with an incident where many, around 20, child tickets are associated to a parent tickets and it becomes time consuming to try and copy the data from the parent to each child ticket.  In the interest of closing all of these tickets quickly to keep up with SLA requirements, and provide enough information to meet reporting/audit standards, I am suggesting that there be a way to have the children tickets inherit certain key fields (such as Outage end time or Resolution Code) from the parent ticket when they are associated as Parent/Child or when using the "Close All Children" action.  Suggestions or modifications to this thought process are welcome-- [DocumentBodyEnd:355ed3a2-c6af-489a-83b0-46adfa9a9475] -->
