Option to create both incidents and requests in Unified Self Service

    As I can see in USS, right now it is possible only to create incident OR request when you have just SDM installed. Is this right? If this is true is there any particular reason why there is no option to create both incident and request? I think there should be an option to create both ticket types like in normal end user interface.
