xFlow Interface - Attaching a Knowledge Document to an Incident

    When a knowledge document has been 'attached' to an Incident, only the title of the document is displayed. There is no link nor knowledge document id in the information so, it is difficult to find the information again.


    We would like to see either the full knowledge document text captured in the incident itself or a link embedded to the knowledge document in the timeline- some way to get back to the knowledge document directly. It is terribly inconvenient to have to search through suggested solutions to try and locate the document again.
