The survey GUI in ServiceDesk only allows resticted possibilities in design and representation and with a link to an external system with more functionality this would be possible.
The "normal" URL for surveys in Service Desk is created from the NX variable "web_cgi_url" and is intentional only accessible for a part of internal customers.
But surveys should be possible for all customers (Internet) and that would be possible with a second
alternative URL e.g. as new option "web_cgi_survey_url".
Solution is needed for SDM 14.1 CP3
